The series of webinars organized by CAFRAD will be continuing in October 2024. This important project is an opportunity to bring together high-level experts to present and discuss various themes in public administration, public management and governance.

The themes chosen for this new season are focused on the challenges related to the transformation of the State and Public Administration in the context of crises multiplicity and internal and external pressures. The goal is to accumulate a set of testimonies, interpretations and a reading grid from illustrious speakers from all over Africa and elsewhere, to enrich the debate and bring their expertise. CAFRAD intends to issue certificates of participation to participants, in order to confirm their participation in these in-depth and expert meetings on current issues of public action in a globalized world with rapid and exponential changes.

The pace and scale of global transformations and dynamics require everyone to update their knowledge and acquire new skills to enable them to obtain opportunities and participate in the sustainable development of society.

The CAFRAD webinar series is intended to be an alternative and complementary means of learning for all people interested in issues of governance, public administration and public management, ranging from conflict and crisis management, contribution and the empowerment of women, the popularization of the use of ICT, the digital and ecological transition, the new structural economy, public finances, the new diplomacy, cybersecurity, as well as security governance, economic transformations and many others. Learning takes place through listening and participating in the debate with our distinguished guests, the session is then recorded and rebroadcast on our official channel.
