CAFRAD and the International Advisory Commitee (IAC) are delighted to announce the launching of the 2022 edition of the interdisciplinary webinar series « ICSS », starting from January 27^th. The discussed topics are divers, tackling the State and Public Administration Transformation, the challenges linked to the reform of the State, the training of Human Resources, the post-pandemic reconstruction, the responsible governance, as well as other topics. The IAC-CAFRAD Seminar Series aims to provide an interdisciplinary platform that is open to interactions, debates and discussions on a broad range of subjects linked to administrative problems, and oriented towards the economical and social development of Africa.

The speakers invited to the sessions are experts, scholars and researchers specialized in various disciplines and areas of studies, and coming from all over the world to expose and debate in a 1 hour long web meeting on a chosen topic.

In 2021, CAFRAD and IAC succeeded in programming 31 webinars in 3 languages (Arabic, French and English), welcoming in each session two internationally renowned guests for a rich debate. CAFRAD is an observer organization for the United Nations, having produced a series of projects, seminars, conferences and trainings dedicated to the reform and transformation of the state and public administration. CAFRAD has namely organized Pan-African Conferences for Secretary Generals, the Court of Auditors, Diplomacy, as well as Defense and Security.
