CAFRAD, in partnership with the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Africa Mulatako Invest Holding Company,

is organizing the Africa/China Governance Summit, from November 13 – 18, 2023 in Beijing (China),

under the theme: “Transformation Governance and raising the populations standard of living: How to make Governance more relevant through harnesing

the economic and human potential of African countries?”.

The challenge of this important meeting is to allow Ministers from Member States and non-members of CAFRAD to reflect

on the various innovative strategies and mechanisms more suited to improving the quality of governance,

while taking into consideration the needs of the populations.

This high-level summit, lasting one week, will allow the different stakeholders to exchange on their experiences and strategies implemented

as well as to share with the various actors on the possibilities and tools of financing projects available.

Furthermore, we invite countries and sectoral ministers to provide, where appropriate, project files in the sectors of agriculture, livestock, tourism,

to name just a few, during this summit, to discuss them with potential partners, as well as to send them to CAFRAD no later than October 30, 2023
