All the member states of CAFRAD through its Director General Prof. Stéphane MONNEY MOUANDJO and its staff address the Government of Libya as well as the entire Libyan people and particularly to each of the families victims of the devastating floods which hit the city of Derna following intense rains, the night of September 10 to 11 , his deep condolences as well as his profound solidarity. CAFRAD, in union with the entire national and international community, assures the Libyans of its support in this painful ordeal at the same time as it unites its voice to any effort aimed at bringing relief to the numerous families and victims if deeply experienced.
