On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, CAFRAD had the honor to receive His Excellency Dr. Sylver Aboubakar MINKO-MI-NSEME, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, High Representative of the Gabonese Republic to the Kingdom of Morocco.

The purpose of this meeting was to strengthen the cooperative and collaborative ties between the institution and one of its founding countries, as well as to discuss the significance of the institution and its activities amongst other Pan-African organizations, its rich heritage, and the contribution of its activities to the modernization efforts of administrations in Africa in general and the Gabonese Republic in particular.

The discussions were particularly productive and culminated in a promise to deepen the already very close relationship between CAFRAD and the Gabonese Republic.
