On Tuesday, April 23, 2024, CAFRAD welcomed a delegation of experts from the Cameroonian Ministry of Finance at its headquarters, comprising the following officials:

• Mrs. SEROUIS GOTINGA Haoua, Head of the International Organizations Unit at the Division of Participations and Contributions within the Directorate-General for Budget;
• Mr. Mahmoud Mohamadou TALBA, Assistant Study Officer No. 2 in the same Unit;
• Mrs. EKAMBI PRISO Lydie Eveline, Second Counselor at the Embassy of Cameroon in Rabat.

The purpose of this meeting was, in particular, to enhance the dialogue between CAFRAD and Cameroon, one of the founding member countries. A key point of discussion focused on the possibilities for collaboration and sharing of CAFRAD’s expertise in terms of proposing ongoing and complementary training that could be offered, especially to benefit executives of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Cameroon in the near future.

The exchanges were particularly fruitful and resulted in the promise of deepening the already very close ties between CAFRAD and the Republic of Cameroon.
