– Her Excellency Mrs. Raky DIARRA TALLA (Mali), former Minister of Labor, Public Service and State Reform, responsible for relations with institutions, and specialist in transport law.

– Prof. KINZOUNZA Kitsoro Firmin Christin (Congo – Brazzaville), Researcher in Development Economics and Management at the Marien NGOUABI University and Coordinator of the University Capacity Building Project
